 Just Your Party General
Information
- For birthday parties we suggest that the party size not exceed 24 kids
since our party room has three 8-foot picnic tables, which will comfortably
seat 24 – 30 guest depending on age. It is ok to have fewer kids it
means more play for the kids who are at the party. It is a $10.00 charge
for each additional child over 24.
- Make sure you call the day before to order your pizza. We give the facility
order to the Pizza Company the night before to insure on time delivery.
You cannot change it on party day.
- The only outside food allowed is birthday cake . We supply plates, napkins
cups and plastic utensils but you need to bring your own cutting/serving
utensils, candles and matches. We do not serve any of the food including
the pizza and do not have a kitchen facility to wash dishes. We will clean
up the room after your party.
- If you are ordering goodie bags or balloons please give us as much notice
as possible.
- You are welcome to bring your own theme tableware & decorations if
you wish but no thumb tacks, tape or other items that will cause damage
to the walls or ceiling maybe used so it looks just as nice for the next
party. Silly String and confetti are never allowed.
- You should show up just a few minutes early so you can greet your guests
and help make sure they brought the signed waiver. We have additional forms
available for those who forgot.
No alcohol may be brought into the facility.
- Since we also own a large game rental company we are capable of transferring
the game room into many other fun venues. Tell us what you want and we will
provide you with a quote. We can help you make it the office meeting of the
year.
